Cara Memeriksa Tekanan Bahan Bakar Motor Honda Injeksi F1


Langkah Langka Sebagai Berikut :

1).  Lepas fuel pump conektor
2).  lalu hidupkan mesin atau tekan tombol stater sebanyak 5x lalu matikan mesin
3).  Selanjutnya lepaskan fuel feed hose ( letaknya berhadapan dengan fuel pump conketor ,biasanya warna socketnya hitam )
4).  setelah terlepas selanjutnya siapkan spesial tools seperti gambar dibawah ini
5).  Lalu anda rangkai spesial tool dengan urutan sebagai berikut

• Masukkan ujung fuel press gauge kedalam lubang yang ada pada ATT fuel press gauge lalu putar hingga kencang kalau perlu gunakan kunci pas untuk menguatkan
• Pasang ujung selang fueld feed hose yang pertama sebagai pengganti ditempat anda melepas fuel feed hose ( lihat gambar di atas pada point ke 3)
• Kemudian ujung selang fuel feed hose yang ke dua anda masukkan kedalam lengan atau batang ATT fuel press gauge
• Lalu fueld feed hose yang yang anda lepas tadi pada point ke 3 diatas , anda masukkan juga kelengan atau batang yang satunya pada ATT fuel press gauge
• Lalu anda pasang kembali fuel pump conektor yang anda lepas pada point pertama tadi
6).  Selanjutnya anda bunyikan sepeda motornya ,dan lihat ukuran pada fuel press gauge ,disitu harus tertera ukuran standar untuk sebuah tekanan bahan bakar injeksi honda yaitu
294 kpa( 3.0 kgf/cm 2,34 psi ) menghampiri angka 300 pada fuel press gauge,bila mana tidak sesuai dengan ukuran tersebut berarti tekanan pada behan bakar injeksi bermasalah ,dan artinya itu harus dilakukan perbaikan
7).  .apabila sesuai dengan ukuran standar maka tekanan bahan bakar anda normal saja
8).  setelah mengetahui ukuran tersebut anda diharuskan melepas semua spesial tool dengan urutan seperti ini:
• matikan mesin terlebih dahulu
• lalu lepas fuel pump conektor
• kemudian nyalakan kembali mesin anda sampai tidak bisa berbunyi lagi
• kalau belum sampi pada ukuran 100 kpa ,anda diharuskan untuk terus menstater sepeda motor anda sampai ukuran pada fuel press gauge menunjukkan angka 100 kpa
• setelah sampai pada angka 100 kpa,anda wajib melepas semua spesial tools dengan urutan pelepasan adalah kebalikan dari urutan pemasangan ,yang artinya mana yang terahir anda pasang tadi ,itu yang pertama anda lepas
• setelah semua spesial tool terlepas ,yang pertama anda pasang adalah fuel feed hose ,lalu di ikuti dengan pemasangan fuel pump conektor pada tempatnya semula
• nah selesai ....

1. Putar kunci kontak ke “ ON “ (Pastikan MIL menunjukkan kedipan DTC sampai terjadi pengulangan kode yang sama)
2. Matikan kunci kontak ke “ OFF  “
3. Pasang DLC Shorts Connector
4. Putar kunci kontak ke  “ ON “
5. Di saat MIL menyala (± 5 dtk) dan mulai berkedip, lepas DLC kemudian pasang kembali (jika MIL menyala dan tidak berkedip lagi / berkedip cepat tanpa henti, reset berhasil)

Prosedur atau Cara Reset ECU atau Adaptasi atau Inisial ECU

1. Pastikan bahwa tidak ada satupun kode kerusakan (DTC) tersimpan dalam ECU (Apabila ada, maka proses inisialisasi tidak bisa dilakukan Untuk Itu Lakukan Reset DTC dulu ).
2. Putar kunci kontak ke OFF.

4. Buka handel gas penuh dan tahan.

MIL seharusnya menyala dan kemudian mulai berkedip dengan cepat.
Dalam waktu 5 detik setelah kedipan cepat dimulai, tutup handel gas dan tahan selama lebih dari 3 detik.
6. Jika MIL berkedip Normal, maka Putar kunci kontak ke OFF dan lepaskan jumper DLC.
7. Sampai langka ini prosedur reset ecu telah tuntas
