Description
SD6830 is current mode PWM+PFM controller with built-in oscillator, high voltage MOSFET and frequency reduction function. It features perfect self recovery function. It is used in typical flyback circuit and composed SC/DC converter. It provides 12W continuous output power with wide voltage input of 85V-265V.
